Application Process

Please fill out the form below with information about you (the borrower) and the property you would like to finance. This will help us guide you on whether the properties you’re considering can be supported given the property’s location, condition, and value, as well as your income and net worth.

You can liaise directly with us or your mortgage referrer to complete the loan application form, along with all necessary documents and the payment of a non-refundable application fee.

We will review your application. Usually, we can arrange the issuance of an Acceptance letter within 2 business days of your application. Formal approval (subject to valuation) will be facilitated within 7 business days of application fees being paid.

Once formal approval is complete, we will arrange to send you the documents to sign.
